參展細則
(1) 有與趣參展之商戶需先與主辦機構聯絡,以確定參展展位的數目和位置。
(2) 決定參展之商戶需填妥「參展申請表格」,連同訂金(即參展費之一半)逕交主辦機構。香港參展商可用支票支付,支票抬頭請寫「雋傑國際展覽有限公司」;外國參展商則需以電匯方式支付。詳情可參閱「參展申請表格」。
(3) 主辦機構在收到參展商之訂金後,將會寄出「參展商手冊」予參展商。
(4) 參展費之餘數必須在展覽會開幕前六個星期付清。
(5) 參展費之全數收據將於展覽會結束後兩星期內寄發給參展商。

參展條文及規則

1. 參展申請

(a) 每個參展商需填妥一份參展申請表格,連同一半參展費作為訂金,逕交主辦機構。本地參展商可用支票付款,支票抬頭請寫「雋傑國際展覽有限公司」。參展費之餘款,必須於展覽會開幕前一個月清付予主辦機構。否則,主辦機構有權把預留之展位重新分配予其他參展商,而已繳付之訂金將不會獲退還。
(b) 參展申請的處理,以「先申請而先得」為原則。
(c) 參展商必須是本地、國內或海外之合法註冊機構。
(d) 主辦機構有無可爭議的權力去拒絕任何參展商的申請,而已付的訂金將不計利息退還給申請的機構。

2. 展位分配
主辦機構有無可爭議的權力去分配或重新分配展覽會場內的展位。


3. 參展條文

(a) 展覽會的開幕和結束日期應如參展申請表格上所示,但結束日期需依據主辦機構的最終決定,並以較早的結束日期為准。
(b) 參展商若未能參展,其已付之一切訂金或費用,將予以充公,並不獲退還。
(c) 參展商不應在展覽會結束前中途撤出其展位或把其任何展品搬離其展位。
(d) 若參展商於展覽會未結束前退出參展,參展商仍需于其展位確定後依序清付其參展費予主辦機構。
(e) 參展商不能在展覽會結束前撤出其展位,參展商若在展覽會結束前撤出而未預先獲得主辦機構的正式書面准許,參展商需繳付給主辦機構額外的25%參展費(每日計算)作為賠償。

4. 展品的規限

(a) 參展商只可在其展位內展示及銷售那些經主辦機構認可之產品及/或商品。
(b) 參展商承諾需遵照主辦機構的指示把主辦機構認為不恰當的商品及展品搬離展位及展覽會場。參展商若拒絕或拖延把上述的商品及展品立刻搬離,主辦機構有無可爭議的權力代替參展商把上述的商品及展品立刻搬離展位及/或展覽會場。參展商需負責有關之搬運費用,並需把費用償還及主辦機構。此外,主辦機構對在搬離上述商品及展品的過程中可能引致的損失,概不負責。
(c) 于展位內展示及銷售的所有貨品或任何展品,均屬參展商所有。參展商需為其商品及展品的運輸、展示及安全完全負責。參展商需向有商譽的保險公司為其商品及展品購買足夠的保險以防止因火災、水災、盜竊或其他危險而導致的損失。
(d) 主辦機構在任何情況及在任何原因下,均不需要對參展商在展覽會中的商品、展品、裝飾物品及宣傳品的損失負責。若因參展商的參展而直接或間接導致有關財物或人物的損失,參展商需完全負責,並需免除主辦機構被起訴或追究的責任。

5. 標準展位

(a) 所有標準展位必需由主辦機構聘請之大會承建商負責承建。
(b) 參展商應聘請其私有承建商或大會承建商負責其展位內的佈置。參展商應儘量把其展位佈置得吸引,以助展示及推銷其商品。
(c) 參展商若聘請其私有的承建商裝飾其展位,參展商應依循主辦機構安排之時間在展覽會舉行前及結束後進行布展及拆卸工作,而這些工作所產生之所有廢料及垃圾,參展商需負責予以清理及搬離展覽會場。
(d) 在展覽會進行期間,參展商需負責保持其展位內之清潔。
(e) 參展商需在展覽會結束後立刻把其商品和展品搬離展位及展覽會場,並需把展位清理妥當後交還主辦機構。展位內之裝飾物品必需予以清除。展位內如有損毀,參展商需負責維修妥當。
(f) 有關展位內之裝飾,參展商需依照主辦機構制訂的規則進行裝飾。有關的規則將於稍後提供。
(g) 布展的工作需在展覽會舉行前一天完成。任何裝飾的改動或修理,需得到主辦機構同意後方可進行,並且只許在展覽會的非開放時間內進行。
(h) 展覽會場內所有電器和電路接駁的工作,需由主辦機構聘請的大會電工全權負責。參展商需支付給大會電工其電器安裝的費用。參展商嚴禁在展覽會場內使用萬用電插座。

6. 展位之操作

(a) 凡駐留展位內之所有工作人員,需為參展商之雇員,並需遵守展覽會的規則。
(b) 參展商需因應其需要購買足夠之保險。主辦機構對參展商或其員工在展覽會中遭到的任何損失或傷害,概不負責。
(c) 參展商需安排足夠的雇員去駐守其展位,無使其展位內空無一員或駐守員工不足。
(d) 在展覽會場內,參展商或其雇員絕不能在其展位以外的地方進行任何商業活動。
(e) 參展商不能在展覽會場內的任何其他地方進行廣告宣傳或商業活動。
(f) 在展覽會場內,參展商或其雇員不得進行任何行為或活動以導致對主辦機構或其他參展商構成滋擾或不便。
(g) 在展覽會進行期間,參展商或其雇員不應攜帶任何食品或飲料進入展覽會場。
(h) 參展商需完全承擔因其違規或對展覽場館造成任何損毀而導致的一切法律上及其它相關責任。若有第三者因參展商的違規或損毀而向主辦機構作出起訴或追究,參展商需公然承擔一切,以免除主辦機構所負的責任。
(i) 在展位內的一切貨品或任何展品,均屬參展商所有。參展商應在展覽會結束後立即把上述貨品及展品搬離展覽會場。任何上述貨品或展品若未能遵照主辦機構的安排而遷出展覽會場,則會被充公。在展覽會結束後,主辦機構對上述貨品及展品的安全,概不負責。
(j) 參展商需依循主辦機構所安排的時間表把展品搬入和遷出展覽會場。無論在展覽會舉行前、進行期間或結束後,主辦機構對上述貨品及展品的安全,概不負責。
(k) 在展覽會舉行期間,展覽會場若因火災、水災、風暴、颱風、建築結構性損壞、地震、地陷或任何其他的因素(非主辦機構的失誤)而導致不適合應用或不能進入,並致使參展商不能在展位內或展覽會場內的其他地方展示其商品或展品,主辦機構對此概不負責,並無責任把展位或展覽會場修好。

7. 其他需要注意事項

(a) 無論在任何情況下,參展商絕不能未經主辦機構書面同意,而把其參展權利轉讓給第三者。
(b) 主辦機構保留無可爭議的權利對此章內之任何條文作出更改及修訂。
(c) 展覽會之任何印刷品內若有缺漏或錯誤而導致參展商有任何損失,主辦機構概不負責。

HOW TO APPLY
(1)  Interested applicants are required to contact the Organizer for confirming the number of booths to be taken and the location of the booths.
(2)  All Applicants are required to fill in the Application Form and return it to the Organizer with a deposit that equals to 50% of the Participation Fee. (For local Applicants, cheque will be accepted and it should be made payable to "Audace International Fairs Limited". For overseas Applicants, only telegraphic transfer payments will be accepted.)
(3)  An Exhibitor's Manual will be sent to the Exhibitor after the Organizer had received the deposit payment from the Exhibitor.
(4)  The balance of the Participation Fee should be settled six weeks before the opening of the Expo.
(5)  A receipt for the total participation fee will be issued to the Exhibitor within two weeks after the closing of the Expo.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.

Admission

a) Each Exhibitor shall complete an application form and return the form together with a crossed cheque (for local Exhibitors) or telegraphic transfer payment (for overseas Exhibitors) to “AUDACE INTERNATIONAL FAIRS LIMITED” payable as deposit amounting to one half of the total participation fee. Balance of the sum payable to the Organizer shall be paid six weeks prior to the commencement of the Exhibition. Failing of which any paid deposit shall be forfeited and the space reserved shall be re-allotted at the unfettered discretion of the Organizer.
b) Application shall be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
c) Only local or overseas registered companies shall be qualified as Exhibitors.
d) The Organizer shall have the unfettered right at its sole discretion to reject any application. In the event of rejection, the deposit that has been paid shall be refunded without interest.

2.

Allocation of Space

The Organizer shall have the unfettered right at its sole discretion to allocate or re-allot the exhibition booth area in the Exhibition Hall to the Exhibitor

3.

Terms

a) The Exhibition shall commence and last with the dates as indicated on the application form or such other dates as may be altered at the unfettered discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer shall not be liable to compensate the Exhibitor for such alteration (if any) provided that the Organizer has given the Exhibitor not less than 24 hours prior notice of the same.
b) In the event that the period of Exhibition shall be shortened or varied as directed by the landlord of the Exhibition Hall on whatever grounds, the period of the Exhibition shall so shortened or varied and the Organizer shall not be liable to compensate the Exhibitor for the same. However, the Organizer shall use its best endeavours to inform the Exhibitor of the aforesaid shortening or variation as soon as practicable.
c) The deposit or any sum paid for the Exhibition shall be forfeited if the Exhibitor fails to participate in the Exhibition without prejudice to the Organizer’s right to claim for damages.
d) The Exhibitor shall have no right to abandon his booth and remove any exhibit other than the goods or merchandise displayed from the booth before the close of the Exhibition.
e) All participation fee shall be fully paid and satisfied upon confirmation of the booth(s) or raw space(s) notwithstanding that the Exhibitor withdraw his exhibiting in the Exhibition before the official closing of the Exhibition.
f) All participation fee The Exhibitor shall not withdraw his exhibiting in the Exhibition until the official closing of the Exhibition. Exhibitor withdraws his exhibiting before the official closing of the Exhibition without the official approval in writing from the Organizer shall be liable to pay an extra charge at a daily rate of 25% of his total participation fee to the Organizer as compensation.

4.

Conditions Relating to Displayed Goods
a) The Exhibitor may only offer for display/sale within the designated booth area the goods and/or such other merchandise as the Organizer shall from time to time approve of
b) The Exhibitor hereby covenants with the Organizer that the goods or such other merchandise displayed and/or offered for sale at the booth area shall not infringe with any intellectual property rights of third parties. The Exhibitor shall be liable for and shall indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against any claim or loss or damage arising from and in relation to Exhibitor’s breach of this covenant.
c) The Exhibitor agrees to withdraw from display/sale such of the goods and/or such other merchandise supplied by the Exhibitor as and when required by the Organizer. Should the Exhibitor refuse or delay to withdraw immediately as and when required by the Organizer from display/sale such of the goods and/or such other merchandise supplied by the Exhibitor, the Organizer shall have the absolute discretion to exercise the right to remove such of the goods and or such other merchandise as above-mentioned on behalf of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (if any) incurred by the Organizer in relation to such removal and shall reimburse the Organizer such costs and expenses forthwith on demand by the Organizer. In addition, the Exhibitor shall be liable for and shall indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against any claim by or loss or damage due to such removal.
d) All goods and merchandise or any exhibit offered for display/sale by the Exhibitor at the booth area shall be the property of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall be fully responsible for the delivery display exhibition and safekeeping of the goods and merchandise and shall insure the property described in this sub-clause with an insurance company of repute providing adequate cover against fire flooding theft burglary and such other risks as companies carrying on the same type of business as the Exhibitor commonly cover by insurance.
e) The Organizer shall not in any way and for any reason whatsoever liable for loss and/or damage to the goods decoration equipment and advertising material of the Exhibitor at the Exhibition. The Exhibitor shall be liable for and shall indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against any claim by or loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly occasioned by or arising from the Exhibitor at the Exhibition.

5.

Shell Scheme Booths
a) All shell scheme booths shall be constructed by the main Contractor appointed by the Organizer.
b) The Exhibitor shall employ his own contractor or the Contractor to decorate the interior of the booth and use his best endeavours to make the booth attractive for the display/sale of the goods and merchandise.
c) In the event that the booth is decorated by the contractor employed by the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor shall be fully responsible for the removal of all waste and litter resulting from such erection or dismantling from the Exhibition Hall before the opening of and immediately after the Exhibition according to the instructions of the Organizer
d) The booth shall at the expense of the Exhibitor be kept clean and free from litter at all times during the Exhibition.
e) The Exhibitor shall on the close of the Exhibition forthwith remove all its property and goods and merchandise from the booth and the Exhibition Hall and to give up occupation of the booth thereto in a good clean and proper state of repair and condition and if so required by the Organizer to remove all decoration equipment advertising material fixtures and fittings and making good all damages caused by such removal.
f) As to the decoration of the interior of the booth, the Exhibitor shall comply with the rules which shall be provided by the Organizer in due course.
g) Decoration of booth shall be completed the day before the official opening of the Exhibition. Any alteration or repair shall be carried out with the consent of the Organizer and only be permitted when the Exhibition is closed from public visits.
h) Only the electrical contractor appointed by the Organizer shall have the right to carry out all electrical works in the Exhibition Hall. The Exhibitor shall pay to the electrical contractor the sum payable for the installation of electrical network. The Exhibitor shall not use multiplug during the Exhibition.

6.

Operation of Booth
a) All personnel assigned to the Exhibitor’s booth at the Exhibition Hall shall be the employees of the Exhibitor who shall observe and conform to the Regulations of the Exhibition including rules and regulations promulgated by the landlord of the Exhibition Hall.
b) The Exhibitor shall properly insure and keep insured (including third party insurance) at his own costs and expenses. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss damage or injury caused to the Exhibitor or his employees in the Exhibition.
c) The Exhibitor shall assign an adequate number of employees for the purpose of manning the booth so as to ensure that the booth is never unattended or understaffed.
d) The Exhibitor or his employees shall conduct no business activity outside the booth area.
e) The Exhibitor shall not advertise or canvass for business anywhere else in the Exhibition Hall other than at its booth area.
f) The Exhibitor or his employees shall not commit any act amounting to nuisance or disturbance or annoyance to the Organizer or other Exhibitors in the Exhibition Hall. In the event of use of any audio-visual equipment by the Exhibitor during the Exhibition, the Organizer has unfettered right at its sole discretion to require the Exhibitor to abandon the use of such equipment.
g) The Exhibitor or his employees shall not take into the Exhibition Hall any food or drinks during the Exhibition.
h) The Exhibitor expressly undertakes to indemnify the Organizer and keep the Organizer indemnified against all actions proceedings claims and demands made against the Organizer by a third party on grounds that the Exhibitor has failed to comply with the Regulations of the Exhibition including the rules and regulations promulgated by the landlord of the Exhibition Hall or caused any damage to any part of the Exhibition Hall.
i) All goods or merchandise or any exhibit in the booth area shall be the property of the Exhibitor and shall be removed immediately after the Exhibition. Any property described in this sub-clause shall be forfeited if the Exhibitor fails to follow the instructions of the Organizer and the Organizer shall not be responsible for any safekeeping of the said property after the Exhibition.
j) The Exhibitor shall move in and out of the Exhibition its exhibits of the booth area according to a schedule issued by the Organizer. The Organizer shall not be responsible for the safekeeping of the said exhibit before during or after the Exhibition.
k) In the event of the Exhibition Hall or any part thereof at any time during the Exhibition being damaged or destroyed by fire water storm wind typhoon defective construction earthquake subsidence of the ground or any other cause (not attributable to the act of default of the Organizer) so as to be rendered unfit for use and occupation or being declared unfit for use and occupation or becoming inaccessible due to any cause whatever so that the Exhibitor shall not be able to display its goods or merchandise at the booth area or elsewhere in the Exhibition Hall the Organizer shall be under no obligation to reinstate the booth area or Exhibition Hall.

7.

Miscellaneous Conditions

a) In no circumstances shall the Exhibitor attempt to assign or transfer any right or interest in the Exhibition to a third party without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
b) The Organizer shall reserve the right to alter amend and incorporate into any of the regulations herein.
c) The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Exhibitor in respect of any error or omission in any printed matters issued for or during the Exhibition.
